Return and Refund Policy

• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

3. How to Return an Item

• Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number with your return shipment.
• Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

4. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Partial Refunds: If an item is returned used or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Exchanges

• Request an Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement when you initiate the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement item and notify you of the shipping details.

6. Non-Returnable Items
